We use your information to communicate with you, to represent you in the matter for which you retained us, to request feedback from you, and to analyze data for business purposes to enhance our services.     3. Potential Clients. If you never become a client, you may request a copy of any forms you have submitted to us at any time. If we still possess the forms, we will send them to you. Otherwise, we will let you know those forms have been destroyed. You may request that we delete your contact information from our database at any time. However, we are required to keep your name in our database for conflict checking purposes, so that information can never be deleted.
    4. Referral Partners and Others Who Work with Us. You may request that we delete your contact information at any time. However, we are required to keep your name in our database for conflict checking purposes, so that information can never be deleted.
